I would like to thank you and praise you Linda for some deeply insightful and dare I say for me life changing hypno sessions.  I found you created with your gentle and calming voice and interesting molecular music in the background a perfect environment in which to submerge into trance and trust in the therapy. I enjoyed our sessions and have got my creative spark back. I now have a clear vision of the life I want to create for myself, and have the motivation and confidence to achieve it.

From our very first session, I knew I was in safe hands with Linda. She was genuinely interested in getting to know me and my anxieties and phobias and listened with empathy to gain a deep understanding of my personal situation. Linda’s hypnotherapy sessions were incredibly effective in reducing my anxiety levels. After just one session, I noticed a significant improvement in my overall well-being. I learned how to relax and rationalise my thoughts and emotions in response to potentially triggering situations, and I now feel much more in control. During our hypnosis, I was deeply relaxed and felt very open to the positive suggestions Linda was making. I was fully aware of what was going on, and felt safe and supported throughout the entire process. Linda is a highly astute and intuitive hypnotherapist. She provided a personalised and evolving approach each week, ensuring that I received the best possible care.

I cannot recommend Linda enough to anyone looking for an effective and supportive hypnotherapist. Her expertise and genuine care were instrumental in helping me overcome my anxieties and phobias, and I will always be grateful for her assistance.

I found Linda very easy to work with and the sessions were very beneficial. Linda was able to put me at ease straight away and when talking to her I felt comfortable and reassured. I found Linda’s approach intuitive, friendly and caring. She has a wonderful way of finding out what the problem is and then helping to change me to a better frame of mind. The therapy sessions themselves were very beneficial and each week I gradually started to feel better and better with less negative thoughts coming up. I found the experience very enjoyable and valuable.
